GUARANTEE & RETURNS – Arteporvo Unestadomental

ArtePorvo pursues that the online shopping process does not involve any additional inconvenience to the consumer, compared to other traditional purchasing systems. This is why we would like to inform you about our policy of guarantee and returns. In case of delivering a product with manufacturing defects or if we make a mistake related to the shipment, we will bear the derived costs from replacement (Peninsula only). Below we will detail the various scenarios that may require a return of material after placing an order with us and the conditions under which this process must be performed. Remember that the replacement or collection of material at your home by ArtePorvo is not applicable if you collected your order at our offices.

Warranty and returns – Product damaged during shipping transport or shipping errors

In case of damage caused by transportation, or error by ArtePorvo in the delivery of the order, depending on our policy of guarantee and returns, you have the right to have it sent back correctly, including the costs arising from collection and substitution within the national territory. In case of observing damage caused by transportation, you must reflect it in the delivery note. It is necessary to notify the possible errors or defects within 24 hours after recieving the order. The products must not have been opened or used and in case of disposing of seals, they must be intact.

Guarantee and returns – Right to cancel an order

If you receive your order correctly but despite this you regret your purchase (for any reason) you may request a refund, you will be able to request a return in the following 7 working days after receibing the order.

In this case, the amount corresponding to the price of the products to be returned will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs, as well as the PayPal payment commissions, since they are borned by ArtePorvo or in the case of payment on delivery, since this commissions are charged by the transport agency.

Remember that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition (No signs of use of any kind, external or internal, and return all accessories and original packaging in good condition). If you have wear or deterioration due to causes that are not due exclusively to your test to make a decision on your final purchase, ArtePorvo reserves the right to deduct up to 25% of the value to be returned in the return of said product, as restocking and even reject the return of the product. You must follow the instructions for sending the return as indicated. The client will bear the transport costs of returning the items.

No refunds will be accepted for the following products, as established by Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantee in the Sale of Consumer Goods (BOE of July 11, 2003).

Products made according to the specifications of the consumer or requested “On Demand”, mounted specifically according to design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, can not be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
